The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has approved the following health claim:"Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress."
This claim is specifically linked to hydroxytyrosol (HT) and its derivatives (such as oleuropein complex and tyrosol), and only applies when olive oil contains at least 5 mg of HT and related compounds per 20 g of oil.
While EFSA’s approved health claim applies specifically to olive oil, our product delivers comparable polyphenol levels—over 5 mg per serving—making it a potent, plant-based source of antioxidant support.
