  • Olive Mill Water has a distinctive olive character: savoury, bitter and complex. It’s designed to be enjoyed in small serves rather than consumed like a conventional soft drink. We don’t add sweeteners or flavourings, just fermented olive mill water, nothing else.

    Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature, straight or mixed with juice. If you prefer a softer flavour, try adding it to orange juice or your favourite smoothie.

  • Our products are made in small batches and delivered promptly to ensure they arrive fresh.

    Each bottle is shelf‑stable when unopened, meaning it maintains its quality without refrigeration.

    Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
