Olive Mill Water is an entirely new kind of beverage, made from the naturally occurring liquid released during olive oil production.  When olive are crushed, they produce two liquids - oil and olive mill water.

What makes Olive Mill Water so special?

Olive Mill Water contains up to 10 times the polyphenols found in supermarket olive oil, yet has approximately 97% less energy.

These naturally occurring polyphenols include hydroxytyrosol, oleacein, oleocanthal and oleuropein — compounds attracting growing scientific interest for their antioxidant properties and roles in various biological processes.

Olive Mill Water has a distinctive olive character: savoury, naturally bitter and complex. It's not a sweetened drink, and that's intentional. We've kept it in its natural form, without adding sugar, sweeteners or artificial flavours.

How to Enjoy Olive Mill Water

Simply take a 30 mL (2 teaspoons) shot in the morning and another in the evening. Enjoy it chilled, at room temperature or mixed with a little juice.

Each 300 mL bottle contains 10 servings — enough for five days when enjoyed twice daily.
