Our Super Batch is the most concentrated expression of Olive Mill Water™ we’ve ever produced. Made exclusively from early‑season olives, it captures exceptionally high levels of naturally occurring polyphenols — particularly oleacein and hydroxytyrosol, two of the most distinctive compounds in the olive world.
Super Batch has an unapologetically intense flavour. Maybe it's too intense for some, but it’s designed for customers who want the strongest polyphenol profile we can naturally produce, even if that means sacrificing some of the 'easy on palate' style of our classic original release.
This is a small‑run, once‑a‑year batch, crafted at the moment when the olives hold their highest phenolic potential. If you’re seeking maximum concentration and the purest expression of the olive mill, this is the batch to choose.
Note on polyphenols: Compared to our Original Batch, this Super Batch contains almost double the amount of hydroxytyrosol and more than 30 x oleacein content.
Taste: Super Batch doesn’t hold back - the flavour is intense. It won’t suit everyone, but it’s made for customers chasing the highest natural polyphenol levels we can achieve, even if that means giving up some of the palate softness of our classic release.
Serving Suggestion: Olive Mill Water™ is packaged in 300 mL bottles. We suggest enjoying two 30 mL serves a day - one in the morning and one at night. Each bottle contains ten serves, so it typically lasts around five days.
